Terms of Service

Welcome to Yuri S Media. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session or event date. Dates are not guaranteed until deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the session or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date (subject to availability).

  • Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

  • In the event of cancellation, all payments made may be forfeited unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Travel Fees

Sessions located outside of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania are subject to a $50 travel fee. Additional travel accommodations may apply for extended distances and will be discussed prior to booking.

Session Expectations

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time

  • Communicating expectations clearly

  • Securing any necessary permits or permissions for locations

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or extra fee.

Creative Style

By booking Yuri S Media, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our portfolio and artistic style. Final images are delivered based on the photographer’s creative discretion, including editing, composition, and selection.

Image Delivery

  • Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery or agreed method

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated prior to or after the session

  • RAW files are not provided

File Storage & Gallery Access

Yuri S Media only stores final edited images. RAW files and unselected images are not archived long-term.

Clients are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up their images after delivery.

If a gallery needs to be restored after delivery, a $25 gallery recovery fee will apply. Recovery is not guaranteed and depends on file availability.

Usage & Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Yuri S Media.

Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to:

  • Share images on social media

  • Print images for personal use

Images may not be:

  • Sold

  • Edited, altered, or filtered without permission

  • Used for commercial purposes without written consent

Model Release

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Yuri S Media reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

Clients may request privacy in writing, and reasonable accommodations will be made.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made by the agreed method (e.g., online invoice, cash, or other accepted forms). Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or withholding of final images.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Yuri S Media is not liable for:

  • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, accidents, equipment failure, illness, or emergencies)

  • Missed shots due to client cooperation, lateness, or restrictions at the location

In the unlikely event of total service failure, liability is limited to the amount paid.

Force Majeure

Yuri S Media is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The most current version will apply to all new bookings.
